Can you name some of those spiritual successors?
Dark Math Games: This studio comprises approximately 20 individuals, about half of whom contributed to "Disco Elysium" and its expanded version, "The Final Cut." Their current project is "XXX NIGHTSHIFT," a detective RPG set in 2086 at a luxury ski resort in Antarctica. The game promises a deep single-player experience with innovative role-playing mechanics.
Longdue Games: Formed by veterans from ZA/UM, Bungie, and Rockstar, this studio is developing a psychological RPG set in a world conceived by the leads of the now-canceled "Disco Elysium" sequel. The game features a "psychogeographic" RPG mechanic, where decisions reshape both the world and its inhabitants.
Red Info: Established by Robert Kurvitz and Aleksander Rostov, the lead writer and art director of "Disco Elysium," respectively, this studio is reportedly working on a new game backed by Chinese internet company NetEase.
They just cannot do another "Disco Elysium" as i understand but with some other name they can create some other story taking place in the Universe of this game...
