Inspect Klaasje's buoy quest is broken...

Hi!
It seems that after some updates my saves are broken a bit. Sometimes I get error window during saving where I can send a report. It was not critical becouse savings work.
Today I noticed that a buoy does not appear after I read green dot about it.

I sent a bugreport. But probably you can help me with that - so many things are behind, I cannot start from the beginning.

Just to check - this is after she tells you about the buoy, not just after spotting it on the beach? I think with a high Inland Empire you can get the sense that it's important without really knowing why, but still not be able to open it yet.

Are any of your skills at 0 or lower at the moment? Sometimes a low Perception or Logic can prevent you from noticing clickable objects.

Sounds like it is a bug, then, yeah. Maybe go away and come back later? Enter a building? Not sure what else to try. Verify your game files? This is all hail Mary stuff.

I did some quests when noticed that something went wrong :( I have already sent bug report but not sure that developers help me. Appreciate your advices.

If it's any consolation, I've come across the same bug with the buoy today - nothing in logic/perception seems low enough to not see it (especially since I've already noticed it via interacting with the dot too).

Same here. Got the greep circle and click it after Klaasje told me about it. But no buoy appeared.

Ran into the same thing today, green circle but no actual buoy

Happened to me too. Got to click the green dot, since then I can do nothing. Disappointing that so many bugs are still not fixed. I also have a ton of white checks on the map, all already solved.

is the buoy thing vital to the story? or can you progress without finding it? thats super frustrating.

You can progress without it, but it does lock out a certain amount of dialogue with her. Not sure how much of it can be accessed in other ways.

Seems like this is new to the latest patch. Hope they hotfix it.
