that being said, 7 is already good enough for what you want, it will land you all passive checks with difficulty challenging or lower, and most passive checks are medium difficulty. now all you have to do is learn about the wompty dompty dom dom center (this will give you EXP for encyclopedia passives) and become a certified art cop (this will give you EXP for conceptualization passives)
If you're trying to get as much XP as you can though, the "Mazovian Socioeconomics" thought gives XP every time you say something communist. "Jamais Vu (Derealization)" also gives XP when you click those little orbs that float around the detective's head.
