Is there a way to max your stats at the start of a new game?

I'm nearing the end of my first playthrough and I'd love to play through it again with maxed stats, so I can see ALL the dialogue. I want to get smothered in dialogue.
There a cheat or ini I can edit to do this for a second run?

Wow. Never thought that you could cheat on this game. I mean you can always save prior rolling the dice and reload the game when you failed. I do this on my second playthrough before the final cut released to see all the contents.

Some checks or dialogue won't even appear if you don't have the right amount of points.
