Stuck at dialog box

Since yesterday I've been getting a bug where when I finish a conversation with a NPC and the conversation ends with them walking away, the dialog box gets stuck and I can't do anything else, no command works and I can't click anywhere, not even pull the main menu or whatever, I have to hard quit the game. That has happened in two instances so far - when I ask the Measurehead to help me get the body down after Clare told him too - he agrees but only if I stay to watch the button for him, he leaves and the dialog box gets stuck and nothing happens. After it happened twice, I decided to ignore that task for now and try again later and moved on to other stuff, but it happened again when I talked with the smoker on the balcony, he shrugs me off and walks away, leaving the dialog box and the game stuck just like with Measurehead. Anyone else experiecing this? It didn't happen before

hope this gets fixed or worked around somehow, i don't see how to progress the game without these two interactions

Looks like some weird bugs from latests patches. I used to play this game without any kind of problem of that likes, but now I'm replaying it and what you saying happened to me yesterday. I ended up having to load the game to get it "fixed".
Also, music is bugged so I guess devs will fix this soon.

Sorry for no screenshot because it happen so fast, and no other button (journal, interalize, skill) even work afterward but i did the report, hope it help

ETA? Plenty of people have submitted to the Google Form and it's been ~two weeks, at least make a previous stable, known-good version always available as a beta rollback.

The issue still actual, In my case it was with Titus near hotel and mercs.
