RAM GPU USAGE

I have a doubt
I dont think is normal
Whenever i play the game the stats are these:

Cpu: 30%
Gpu: 90%
Ram: NEAR 100%

I have these specs:
Cpu: I5-3570 3.40Ghz
Nvidia GT 710
8gb Ram
Hard Drive: 500gb

I had to install RivaTurner because the stats were worse
I dont know if all of this is normal with this game and my specs
Please Help
