Steam deck affect PC settings
Is this game storing settings in the save file? I'm playing it on my PC and on steam deck. My PC is set to 1440p resolution and it works fine across multiple sessions. But once I have one session on steam deck, going back to play on PC it switches to 1280x800 resolution and I have to set it back to 1440p.

Is there any way to fix that so it won't be happening?

Yes this is badly implemented cloud saving by the developers where they sync configuration files and not just saves. Terrible for PC/Steam Deck gaming. Devs could extremely easily fix it, but will they? Doubtful.
