Rough equivalents here: Occidental means white, Mondial (people from the isola of Mundi) means European. Kojko seems to be eastern European/Slavic, I think. The Semenine Isles are the Caribbean (Measurehead's family originally came from Ile-de-Fantome, though Jean-Luc himself was born in Revachol). Oranje (where Klaasje and Lely are from) is Scandinavia with shades of the USA. Samara is Asia, Seol is a combination of Korea and Japan, Shest and Graad are Russia. These aren't direct parallels, a lot of the history and climate are very different from the real world.
You don't need to memorize all this, it's mostly flavour rather than directly relevant to the case.
Less important but just to help you get your bearings: Mundi (Europe) also includes Vesper and Messina (kind of a combination of France, Italy, and England?), Gottwald (Germany), Sur-La-Clef (Austria/Switzerland?), Vaasa (another Scandinavian country), Mesque (Spain/Portugal/Brazil/Mexico), Ubi Sunt (Ireland), and others.
