Is it OK to buy the game now? Legal dispute question

So many people even those who review it positively tell people to "sail the high seas" when it comes to the game but I found some news from December 2022 and now March 2023 where it says that the creative development team settled the dispute with current leadership of ZAUM. Is that actually the case?

It really seems to me that they were just paid off to eliminate the lawsuit, which, by the way was 4.8 million USD. You guys think that's enough? Are current devs trustworthy and credible and worthy of a purchase now? I was keeping myself from buying this game in the past due to the dispute but it really seems that they didn't really solve anything

dunno what you really mean by fast. Undressing either dodi or fitgirl takes like 30 minutes to 2 hours for a big game and I have an SSD. That's why Steam is superior because it offers much better service

My biggest complaint now is that I bought this at 75% off when I could have bought this now at 90% off. Never knew they were gonna go from 75 all the way down to 90% one day.

And YES, I was aware that my money was going towards the "thieves" who seized this game from their original owners

If you are implying that your machine is usable while undressing either one of them, that barely is the case for me. CPU and RAM both overloading so I have to shut down everything except for my media player. Sailing the high seas can be quite rough
