phasmid not showing up

i have been having issues with this game and with some portions just not showing up. while playing the ending (on a save) the part with the phasmid, HAD NO PHASMID!! i restarted two saves and went through the hour section for there to be no phasmid. i am unable to complete the game.

no its not there there was nothing higlighted in the place its supposed to be.
the issue is fixed now tho

how did you fix it? i'm having the same problem
