I'll look into these a bit later to see if I can find out how to get them, but feel free to share here if anyone has figured any of this out!

They're related to the hidden photographs.
They're visible in certain scenes with certain filters.
When you piece them together you get some further Elysium world lore.

I managed to get two of the complete photos. I've searched a lot and aren't having any more luck finding the remaining 4(?) pieces.

The ones in the small areas are easy to find, I know there's one in the pawnshop, container, the corner shop. I think it's just the first 4 filters you need, (one filter discovers one set, maybe?). I really should have wrote stuff down lol.
