Stuck on initial loading screen

The 40 mins steam shows that I played was being stuck on the first loading screen. I tried -

1. Running it as an administrator
2. Verifying file integrity
3. Reinstalling
4. Running it in windowed mode
5. Clearing steam's download cache
6. Stopping all other background processes

Nothing worked, my drivers are up to date and I use windows 11, is that the problem?

I'm also experiencing crashing problems, it's really frustrating. I've changed my mechanic hard drive for a solid one and reinstall windows 10 and still... Nothing works for me...

It started working now, idk how. I reinstalled it again and I deleted the save file folder and re-enabled cloud saves. And I also closed shadowplay's instant replay feature when opening the game.

why im always stuck on loading, can anyone help me?
