My grandpa is long since dead, and he of all people actually went through REAL socialism, not like any of these coach "experts" sitting here on internet dot com telling me how I, an actual descendant of relatives who lived under socialism is wrong on this issue. Most of these people are just kids or college students

I think you have your facts messed up here, because socialism isnt communism.
Some of the best and richest democratic societies in the world in Scandinavia are Socialist democratic, and that has nothing to do with Communism.
If you change the change is needed.
Not just Scandinavia, but most EU countries operate under Socialist agendas, even if the ruling party is not from the left. It´s the one think most non-Europeans always forget when talking about how "socialism and comunism destroy nations", that there´s dozens of examples across Europe. Even the most right winged EU countries do have minimun wage, social healthcare, a non contributive salary for people who have lost their jobs, agencies that receive money from taxes to help out the poor and homeless... Specially from an American perspective (both north and south America), Europe it´s 100% a socialist community of several countries. And that´s specially true for every EU member, as membership requieres to comply with certain criterias, and the countries that already belong and are ignoring those criterias, stop receiving EU subvencions at level of millions.
Regardless as you can perfectly see and did mention, people here are confusing communism with socialism, with "woke", getting scare because one of the main writers have define himself as communist on a few interviews... everything that is not what they consider the norm it´s communism, it´s dangerous and they don´t want to know about it. Which begs the question why people with such poor understanding of politics, can´t shut up about politics demanding in every game forum that people tell them how much of a "leftish" feel does the game have so they can choose not to buy it for the reasons they already decided not to buy it.
I don´t even know why this people keep playing games, most creative people tend to be leftish and you need those creative people to make movies, TV, games... There are no games with downright fascist or ultra-nationalist ideals being spread on, the thing they chase so much, has never existed. And if the mention of communism, the appareance of a black person that is not presented just as an enemy IA, one gay side character... if any of those things means the game is "woke and leftish", then I don´t get why haven´t they figure out everything is "woke and leftish". Why ask if Disco Elysium is the one thing they claim all games are?

You know most European countries that are in NATO are social democracies right?
Most have free healthcare and education for all their citizens.
And maybe the highest salaries and education levels in the world.
And a true democracy, where all leaders are chosen by elections, not by medical and weapon lobbies like in the USA.
Dont get me wrong, i have all the respect for Americans, but their government and so called democracy is messed up.
When it comes to Communism is just something Russia, China and North Korea is still trying to force on the rest of the world, and the reason Russia are attacking Ukraine atm.

People like you need to read more books. The ones one doesn't get pointed out in school or on television screen, on purpose.
One needs to hurry, because Fahrenheit 451 will be real, one day, not too far away. Books will be forbidden, because they point out alternative views and explanations.
And don't forget to practice 'two minutes of hate', as in '1984', by Eric Blair.

Im not the one that is trying to connect socialism to communism for all the wrong reasons.
Maybe you are the one that should read a book a two.
Maybe with an open mind this time, you might actually learn something.
