How do I pawn stuff at the Frittte?

There's no dialogue option for it. I can't drag items from my inventory. And none of the interactions in the store suggest anything about pawning.

The pawn shop is different, to the south near the bridge. The Frittte is basically a convenience store, like a 7-Eleven.
