The dyslexic font is harder to read? The non-dyslexic font looks like normal computer letters, whereas the dyslexic font has an artistic style to it (this is from looking at the text change in the main menu, i havnt actually seen the text in game, but i would assume it would be same anyway)

For what I understood they change the design of the letters so they do not look alike, that way it's easier to notice the difference between the words and not mix them.
I don't have dyslexia, that's what I found.

Dyslexia fonts don't help people with dyslexia. Studies on reading speed and comprehension with actual dyslexic people have shown there's no benefit to these fonts beyond the placebo effect.

Their supposed effectiveness is an urban legend that somehow spread through the Internet and people perpetuate it because it makes them look like they care. It's considered a kind gesture even though they're demonstrably useless.

The problem is whenever I say this, people go "aww you're such a meanie, why do you have to ruin everyone's fun, the devs feel good for being kind, the users feel catered to, it's warm fuzzy feeling all over but you just have to piss on our parade with your empirical piss."

My advice is just to ignore it.
