Should I buy this game or not?

I was all set to buy this game. Decided to read some reviews first and alot of them say don't buy because the creator got a raw deal.

So I'm asking. Should I buy it or not.

they are making sales to get new players, reviews just to be positive on steam i think, the money it's not the problem for them these days

Not just the creator, all of the founding members including yes, the creator not just of the game but of the fictional world it's based on. Not just raw deal but forced out. The circumstances aren't clear but maybe work on your backlog until the dust settles.

Fair o'nuff. This game has been on my wishlist for ages but perhaps it'll just remain there.

The game is a masterpiece, I loved it, seriously! Honestly, don't miss the opportunity to play it. If you feel you're moral obligated to do not "support" the company, don't buy it. But please, DON'T BUY IT when it gets to its normal price (unless the creator and founding members win). IF you're going to buy it anyway, buy it cheap.

I bought the game in EGS sale about a year ago and finally started it now and I don't ever remembering laughing so much in a game in the first couple of hours. The dark humour is amazing and also hearing Finnish language was a nice surprise. Some really bad words there lol. So far so good and the voice acting has been top notch. Can't wait to continue the game...

Not sure I get you friendo. The game is on a deep sale as we speak. How am I getting “screwed“ and "milked" by buying the game way cheaper than its original price?

I read some negative reviews and came here, not out of 'desperation' , but out of confusion.

Look, I have no dog in this fight, but if the developers are so evil why hasn't the game been pulled from stores?

Publishers screw over creators all the time, they love to jack ip's. Fans protest, steam does nothing because it's legally allowed.

Did not enjoy this game too much. Played a couple hours because everyone is saying "Masterpiece!", but it was boring and I did not enjoy the setting.

Why would Steam do something about that? The guy asked on the Internet how to spend his cash and has relieved his FOMO. Another satisfied customer properly milked.
