Is Mesque Banger's Red Jeans somewhere in game?

So apparently missing RCM liutenant pants was finally discovered to be findable if you never pick up pinball maker coat up, so I'm curious if Mesque Ranger pants are also possible to find somewhere or are as unfindable as brown derbies are? Tbh I care more about getting entire RCM set than Mesque Ranger one, but I'm curious about this

I've always thought, that its tied to Tiago and the Church. The rest of the Mesque clothes are found there, so..
But i've no idea, what the triggers are for it. And i have tried several things in different playthroughs.

I swear by everything that is sacred!? I ADQUIRED THIS PAIR OF PANTS, AT LEAST ONCE!!! They were in the corner of the church (opposite direction from the Dolores glass.) It was collected before interacting with anything else, if I am not mistaken. Before the silence, before Tiago. Memory fades (but anyone can check my sheer amount of playtime.)

But bear in mind that this was many many versions of the game ago and probably before the final cut, even. I can also be mistaken and my memory playing tricks. BUT I was sure there was 3 different Mesque red itens to be collected. I was so sure that, afterwards, I kept always making an effort to locate them again. The pants, at this point, were probably removed. The black pants that can be found in Cuno apt, didn not exist back then. Maybe they replaced one item for another.

I just realized an option, i havent tried.
You evict soona, and arrest the ravers for their druglab.
Tiago would have the church all to himself, and would have no use for clothes anymore. Maybe? idk. Will try it at some point.

One of reasons this game is fascinating is extremely esoteric triggers for small stuff, but at same time makes it hard to tell if a thing from files exists in the game or not x'D

The only available items in the Church currently are the shoes and the red scarf. The pants used to be near the location of the scarf, but nowadays are nowhere to be found.

I just tried that, arrested/evicted the ravers. Then entered the Church. The pants did not spawn. If you reach the point of interacting with Soona, Tiago will be exausted all dialogue and gone already, though. I guess its a lost item now, just like Brown Derbies (brown shoes of Moralism) and Saramirizian Lounge Trousers (white pants of Communism)
