Make van eyck's jam harder core Help
So I've delivered the tape from the tree and gotten the thought related to this, but I'm unsure what to do to finish this. Do I have to find all the gig posters?

Okay I think the answer was to just go further in the church quest line. Derp.

First part is get the tape. Second part is just talk to him.

There's some dialogue which directs you to the tree near the guy who sells clothing by the pawn shop but I think you will need to get that dialogue from the musicians first, then the tree becomes highlighted.
