His motoronics score is probably the most off, canonically he missed the shot on the belt buckle holding the victim up and he has bad eyesight and needs to wear perscription lens to correct that. However he also presumably has extremely high interfacing skills, given that he can take over for almost all of the tool related checks in the game as well his famous love of kinemas. That skill branch might require it's own set of thought cabinet internalizations within Kim to explain
duh how could I forget the glasses and the buckle
good insight about the thought cabinet
presumably his isn't like ours since his brain activity happens on paper or w/e
Psyche is definitely up there as well, though, that Authority but also Esprit de Corps and Volition, and his Logic and Drama (and maybe Rhetoric) are deceptively high as well -- not being dramatic, but in spotting lies. He's probably about average in Intellect, 2 or 3 base at most, with Physique probably being the lowest, I'd guess.
At least his aerostatic jacket mentions a stat called Volta do Mar which is unique to him.
I'd say about 20,000 on the Ron Weasley scale
