is there a texture mod?
I really like this game and most of the art is great, but characters seem to be lacking in textures and was just wondering if its possible to mod that stuff in

It is not "poor textures".
It is their visual style.

Everything else in the game world looks good, the characters themselves are really lacking. Visual style or not they kinda look muddy and more like play-dough people.

That being said i think characters couldve at least looked more like their portrait counterparts
