Problems finding the second bullet[SOLVED]

I found the first bullet in the apartment complex, but when I arrived in the shack offered by the old woman in the fishing village, I get no option to search the floor boards for the other one.

Any ideas what is going on? Do I need to upgrade a skill, or is my game bugged? I have already obtained the gun.


SOLVED: in order to actually find the bullet under the floor, you need to have the quest to search for ruby active, talk to old washer woman, and only after that can you inspect the odd floorboard.

Do you have a flashlight out? It's possible that it's linked to perception.

Also you're hurting your experience with the game by looking up walkthrough or wiki to find this information. You only need (and you don't even need it) one bullet anyway.

I have finished the game once before. I also have a flashlight out, and 3 points into perception.
