Problem with "Il Coppo Del'Arte!" achievement

So basically I'm not getting it after hitting 5 "art lines". I've completed the game trying to hit all art-lines, got "actual art degree", made mural, etc, so probably scored more than 20 art lines. Then I've tried to do it by the guide in the beginning on day 1, after hitting 5th line marked as art one in the guide I'm getting idea about "actual art degree", but no achievement. I've got 14 achievements during my playthrough, there is no general problem with them. So what's wrong?

I was playing on hardcore with 4-2-2-4 build.

I think that has to be some kind of bug with the latest version. I don't remember this achievement being hard to get.

It also feels that perhaps I have the same issue with "The Lawbringer", "Massive Torque Dork" and "Expert Advanced Remote Viewer". I've read about them before playing and was trying to get them, but was not checking with the guide when playing, so I'm not 100% sure if I scored enough of the relevant lines for these ones.

Those are a little more situational, yeah. More limited opportunities. You have to introduce yourself as The Law I think seven times, and there are only so many characters to introduce yourself to, not all of whom let you use the line. Massive Torque Dork requires you not just to pick options about machines, but to have the Interfacing score to embark on an extended conversation with Kim, so not every build is going to get that one. With Remote Viewer I'm not sure what it considers seeing beyond the void -- it's more than just selecting the lines, but I'm not sure if it's any particular stat or not. Probably Inland Empire if it is, maybe some Conceptualization and/or Drama as well.

And I'm 100% sure that I've made it (twice) for "Il Coppo Del'Arte!" and 90% sure regarding other 3, maybe less sure about "the law" one as I clearly missed several possibilities where it was too much inappropriate (but there are enough other options).

One thought -- have you tried exiting the game and going back in? Games can be weird about when achievements pop sometimes.

Yes, I've tried in the different sessions, there was Internet connection and Steam was running. Actually I even tried getting art achievement in 3 sessions, was also checking it with "hardcore" mode disabled, still no.

Fair enough. If you've been that thorough, I think some kind of glitch is likely. Because yeah, Hardcore mode shouldn't block achievements. The opposite, you'd think.
