a "whole extra area"? [Spoilers everywhere]
So, I just finished the Final cut and I am puzzled about whether I actually went to the "whole extra area" (as advertised in the new release communication) or not.

I did get into that one room during my commie political quest, the not-a-book club, but it doesn't seem to really qualify, does it?

Also, while wandering around the small yard behind Siileng's street shop, a thought bubble appeared which told me the area behind the Delta Logistics truck was for later. Some character had lines about this truck blocking the way to the area behind, which I had thought was meant to bring up the area as it would eventually become accessible.

I went back there every so often and before confronting not-the-eighth Hardie and before embarking for the island, but nothing had changed.

So was the meeting room "it"? Was there more to the political vision quest, that I missed?

Is that book club behind the locked grey door on the right side of the balcony, between where the player first meets the smoker and "under" Renee's guard shack?

No. The book club is near Cindy the Skull (there is a door on the same balcony she is standing on).

The door you are describing is connected to a different quest.

Yeah, the meeting room is "it". There is no other extra area and I don't think you missed anything. And no other political vision quest comes with a new area either.

Whatever the truck is actually blocking, as much as it's teased in the game, is sadly inaccessible. At least, to my knowledge.

I do wonder what the developers are up to these days because they obviously made tons of money off this game, but it's not really a game that would have a good sequel, nor would more DLC make much sense because the game feels so complete. Hope they're making another fun adventure game like this one but in a different setting with new characters.

There are so many ways that the game is obviously set up for a sequel.

First - the SQUARE BULLET HOLE MURDERS haven't been solved yet. Near the end of the game, a (Shivers?) check, among other things, mentions a "square bullet being loaded into a square chamber".

Second - also near the end of the game, a high enough Esprit du Corps check will reveal that the Big Boss of the RCM - with an even more impressive reputation than Kim is listing names of RCM officers and gauging reliability for "being on the side of the people. - it's hinted this has something to do with the RCM as a continuation of the ICM (the communists). and just maybe a second revolution.

Third - a Shivers check tells you that Revachol will be destroyed by a nuclear bomb in 20 years, and only Harry can stop it. I would consider Shivers to be generally reliable - the "voice of the city" is *real*.

In addition to that, "The Return" is mentioned several times during the game, especially by Klassje, who knows more than she is letting on. It's implied to mean a second revolution. What's the name of the final task in the game? "The Return.".

Or perhaps this is the end. Maybe more is planned, but we'll never get to see it. I hope we don't live in that timeline.

Would be fun to have a sequel where you can import your save file from the first game and have those choices matter.

Translating Sacred and Terrible Air

I think they're making another game set in the same universe. One idea I think was said in an interview was playing as a pregnant woman (your baby probably talking to you instead of your brain)
