How do you unlock Coach Physical Instrument?
I've never been able to pop it across my playthroughs, I'm wondering if it's because I always make sure to take a high Physical score, but still couldn't get it in my Mot/Psy build

When you do the ball game with the 2 old guys and fail the check. ( It's not really a good thought tho )

After looking into it, i think you just need to fail a few physical checks, guess it just always happened at that point for me.
