Game streaming

Can someone please tell me how the hell I was able to stream this from my office, on the company wifi, nowhere NEAR my house? It was seemingly random. It would just give me the option for no reason, and it was awesome. Even had all of my game saves. I played for a while! No the option has disappeared and not returned yet. To be clear, I have the game installed at home on my PC, but not on my Macbook pro. I haven't been able to find anything on this.
