Why did buying the "Final Cut Bundle" not mark the Soundtrack as Bought?

Title. It marks the "Soundtrack and Artbook", the first of 2 DLC options, as bought, but not the Soundtrack. Are these different? Did something not work properly?

I think it's just a weird Steam thing. A bunch of people wanted to buy the standalone soundtrack, but Steam doesn't let you buy soundtracks unless you own the base game. Eventually they did let ZA/UM release the soundtrack separately, but as a separate item in the store.

I forget which one was standalone, but either way, I believe it's the same soundtrack, so you do have everything.
