Okay, ta for answering and your input.
I won't lie, it still feels odd - at least in that one particular conversation - because as I initially typed, the four lettered swear word that starts with F and ends in K wasn't always censored. The two kids also made a false claim of being too friendly in regards to touching and feeling plus used of the four lettered swear word that starts with D and ends with K (might have been more words but I can't remember them all) so I would've imagined all of this would have been censored for the same reason that you allude.
That said, I've just started the game so naturally the full effect of A, B and C might not hit me until later. You've given me food for thought which is awesome, ta for that.
EDIT: I've reworded the thread as appropriate due to Steam censoring words but I have done so - I hope - in a manner that doesn't lose any meaning. It genuinely never crossed my mind that Steam would do that.
Yeah F ending in a K not the other one. It was definitely censored at least twice talking to Cunno but as I said, not at all times. Well, I suppose unless there's another four lettered word that starts with F and ends with K that I don't know about (that isn't meant as shade despite perhaps reading like it).
It's actually possible to turn the censorship in Steam off, I think, somewhere in the options? I think I did it once, but I haven't bothered since. Censorship bleeping is kind of funny to me.
Thanks for letting me know there's an option to change it around if I ever take the notion.
