Found how to get around.
1. Go to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\ZAUM Studio\Disco Elysium\SaveGames\
2. Edit in archive "*.ntwtf.zip" the file named "*.2nd.ntwtf.json".
3. Find string like:

"sunshineClockTimeHolder": {
        "time": {
            "dayCounter": 7,
            "realDayCounter": 7,
            "dayMinutes": 579,
            "seconds": 50
        },
        "timeOverride": null
    },

Where:
"dayCounter", "realDayCounter" - your game day;
"dayMinutes" - minutes (in example 579 = 9:39).

4. Change the time to 21:00, for example 20:50 (1230 in minutes).
5. Change "realDayCounter" value equal to value "dayCounter".
6. Save the changes and load the edited save file.

Hey! I copied the file from the archive, fixed it and just added it to the archive.
Did everything in Total Commander (works with archives as with folders) and Notepad++ (preserves the file format while editing).
There was no damage to the save, the game was over.

I've got stuck at the 2:00AM on the end of third (actually 2 hours of fourth) day at free hut. Buying the Whirling room won't help me too.
I used this way to edit my save time and that helps me.

I have encountered the same bug. 02:00 Day 3 -> Day 4. I cannot sleep at both homes, 'No time to rest yet'. Hotel room is not locked despite me not paying for it. Even if I pay, nothing changes. This save editing tecnique does not help me. Am I doomed?

This is not a bug. After 24 hours, the next day comes (+1). Just put the same day in two places.
