Final cut no new area?

Hello!
I thought that final cut would give us a new area and new characters, but I don't see anything new except for the voiced lines.
How long do I have to play before I see what else they added?

The new location is, it seems to me, in one of the political visions (new quests).
You can unfortunately miss it because only one is available during your run (depending on the political path you have chosen) and cancels all the others. Sorry, i'm French.

when sleeping on day 3 (night leading to day 4), if youve internalised one of the four political thoughts you can start the relevant quest, you can only pick one and if you miss the opportunity theyre locked out

Thank you so much. I'm on day 2 and with Mazovian internalised. I will pay attention to day 3's night.

Don't be sorry for being French :) I'm joking. Thanks for the answer, I feel disappointed in the way they changed the game. Not enough content, only voices and a few things.
