You can still turn them on game by game if it needs it on for some reason.
I'm using an Xbox One Controller (tried on and off settings)
In the General Controller Settings tab make sure all options are OFF (untick).
Right click on the game in your library, go to Properties, controller settings, in the drop down menu set it to- Use Default Settings.
Leave it like this for all games & you will always have full native functionality if the game supports it (which is the vast majority of games including DE)
I don't think DE had any controller playtesting at all.
Something must be wrong.
I have PS & Xbox pads & they both work flawlessly in DE. i dont know what else to recommend
Did this and it worked, thanks! (using Xbox Series controller).
sorry again and thanks for all the hints
How can I fix this issue?
