Does an INT / PSY build work?
Is it fun to play Int / Psy build ? I can imagine that both exclude each other or it is not going to be fun at all. Do I miss out on combat stuff that way? I am going completly blind into the game.

They're both completely different, you can have both as part of your build. PSY/INT is the build I always use to play, PSY is my favourite skill group in particular

There's no combat in the game but you'll be pretty weak for physical checks of course. IMO you should invest at least a little in Physical Instrument to raise your HP

Are the starting stats final or do you level them up in the game?

Your starting stats are the base, and then you can level them up one by one

For example if you have level 4 Psyche, all the skills will start at level 4. When you level up, you get to pick 1 skill to level up from its base (e.g Inland Empire to level 5), but you can't level up an entire stat any more
