Stuck at the FELD Building

I'm at the point in the game where I need to locate Ruby, and I've searched other topics so I know you need to pass a Shivers check to get inside the FELD building.

My problem is that the check doesn't appear AT ALL for me. I have 2 available skills points that I can use so I'm not stuck in that regard. It's just that there's no text option for the Check when I inspect the mural.

The only 2 options for me are:
1. "Tomorrow is just a whisper away"
2. Turn away

AFAIK, I've done all other necessary quests. The only 2 incomplete quests are "Ask about Ruby in the village" and "Determine where the shot came from". Both, as a I understand, can only be completed by entering FELD.

Is there something else I need to do for this Check to become available?

'Ask about Ruby in the village" have you... actually been asking anybody things? The old lady knows some stuff

I ended up finding what I needed. It was the bullets in the corner of shack.

Kim needs to be with you to see more text options. If he is away that day then just find a bench in the village and spend there a couple of hours (until 21h).
