I don't want to buy the same soundtrack twice.
Both soundtrack dlcs have exactly the same playlist, but is there a difference between them? Are the final Cut dlc songs tweaked or not?
What I think is happening, but I'm not 100% sure, is that the Final Cut Soundtrack is a depot that can be sold without requiring the game and it's recognized by the Steam Library as such, while the Soundtrack & Art Book DLC can only be found in the game's folder after you install.
"Final Cut Soundtrack" will appear in your library as a seperate entry under the Soundtracks category.
Hi man, I got the same question, so I did some researching work on it. As the steamdb shows, I think they're totally same as soundtrack, since the size of the files are exactly same.
The only difference I think is that Final Cut Soundtrack is classified as Soundtrack DLC and you could buy it even you don't have the base game. And you could play it with steam music player. And for Soundtrack & Art Book you have to got the base game to buy it and also you have to open the installed folder manually to find the music files (mp3 & FLAC)
Steamdb Links:

Depot of Final Cut Soundtrack mp3 files [steamdb.info]
Depot of Final Cut Soundtrack FLAC files [steamdb.info]
And I think they also tell the truth in FAQ that they release not only Soundtrack & Art Book but also Final Cut Soundtrack just to make it possible to "buy the soundtrack standalone"
