Like, if I want this damn thought in this playthrough, do I have to put my entire game on hold and try to find people to say "I AM THE LAW" to?
I don't want to be a jerk, but you really really didn't answer my question and you came off pretty condescending.
It's ♥♥♥♥ like this that's ruining an otherwise awesome game for me. Namely, rules that seem straighforward (passive checks governing dialogue) but tons of random secret stuff that derail simple things. And I've read of people getting it without investing at all in hand-eye (but I have several dots in regardless AND it's my signature skill).
Like... again... where the hell is the dialogue option for Lilienne? What kind of check prompts it?
You do have to say "I AM THE LAW" a certain number of times for the dialogue to appear when talking to Lilienne.
I managed to make my quota by going down to the drunks in the same area and saying it once to Idiot Spiral and once to Don't Call Me Abigail.
