Forging the signatures for Evrart "Evart's people could be watching"

Wandering about the game trying to forge the signatures on the document for the youth centre, but I just CAN'T seem to shake the penalty for the union potentially having eyes on me?? (Yes, I know you can get the drunks to do it. Probably just going to do that, but also, wtf?)

Went into the doomed commercial area to check out the letter first; he's got eyes there. Sure, whatever. Headed over to the fishing village outside? Still got the penalty. Wandered into the horror church with the hole in the world where data and sound itself can not escape?? NOPE. Still got eyes on me! The mum with twins house? The otherwise abandoned shack in the fishing village? STILL says I'm getting a penalty for being "under union eyes".

This isn't the first time my game has glitched, and I kinda suspect it is now? OR maybe there's one REALLY specific place I should be going to forge the signatures that I haven't yet? Tbqh, there should really be a FEW places you can shake the penalty. Is it glitched? Or have I not found the one singular place the game wanted me to go to shake the penalty?

((fyi, the first glitch was funny as ♥♥♥♥. It was the day Kim left to bring the body in. Saved (before I went to sleep, accidentally, as opposed to after) woke up, failed the check to get the "homosexual underground" thought and reloaded to save scum the check into a pass. It dropped me in my room at the Whirling, but it was magically not payed for for the night anymore (I payed WAY early in the day) and claimed it was too early to sleep at 23o clock, AND Kim was waiting for me downstairs despite it being late at night! Lol. Was rather funny honestly, once I figured out what the HELL happened and went back to a far enough save that I had to redo the whole "Sunday Friend" sequence.))

I feel like the church, the tent on the ice, or the shack with the red chair should all work, yeah. But they don't. You just need to go into your own shack in the middle of the village, behind Isobel.

У меня такая же проблема, только в своей хижине и номере в отеле на меня не смотрит никто и шанс пройти проверку равен 56%, но она всеравно не проходится, даже с костями 5 и 6, выбить лучше уже не получилось
