why did Shivers say "take a look ****** " here? [ spoiler ]

Why did Shivers (orb) say "take a look under the floor" when first get into the shack in the fishing village (aka the second home) ? It's quite weird since there was no "." in the end of the sentence, and the very next sentence is not a sentence, it's: "End this dialogue" (square red button).

The "take a look under the floor" is a white sentence which means I can't "choose" it as an action. And after ending the dialogue, there is nothing popped up on/around/about the floor to click, nor under the the shack (I went outside to find if there is anything).

I have 6 in Perception so I guess I could've found it if there was really something under the floor?

Can confirm that there is a floorboard you can interact with after that thought. Try holding Tab?
