Actual Art Degree thought broken?

Has anyone been able to unlock the Actual Art Degree thought since the July 2nd update? I've been clicking as many art dialogues as I can and can't seem to get it. I'm planning to submit a bug report, but since there's not one specific thing to point to regarding it, I wanted to check that it wasn't just me. For all I know I missed some dialogues or started with too low Drama or something.

Works for me. Started the game after the patch and got the thought yesterday, and the main stat to unlock art related answers is conceptualization. I don't think drama is that relevant for Actual Art Degree.

I got it recently (can't remember the exact date but after the 2nd July update) on a fresh game using the Thinker archetype.

What I did:

1. Picked up 1 morale healing item from the Sleeping Dockworker
2. Spoke to Joyce for the drug-smuggling task
3. Spoke to Cindy ("I have an opinion..." → "I love public art!")
4. Interacted with the backyard wall (failed the check)
5. Spoke to Annette ("The proportions are all wrong!")
6. Spoke to Tommy ("I dig your style" + passed the conceptualization check)

The orb appeared after that.

I got it. I have an achievement for saying 5 "art cop" things, which is presumably what did it (I was intentionally aiming for replies consistent with the art cop role, as I have for other character traits.I did have high Drama as well since I had so many Drama-positive clothes while I was doing it (silk kimono, etc).

I was having trouble with this as well. Until I picked up a pair of smokes, smoked them, increasing my INT by 1 and boom, I got the conceptualization prompt for the Art Degree Cop thought. I am not sure what the exact numbers are, but you need 4 or 5 in either drama or conceptualization to get the prompt.
