Has anyone translated the Greek? [spoilers]

When you talk to the crab man in the church, he at one point starts talking in Greek for the dialogue that gives you access to the "Cop of the Apocalypse" thought.

I tried to figure out the gist, but I barely know any Greek and the only word I recognized was "polloi".

Has anyone posted a translation somewhere online, or is there a Greek speaker here?
