Need Help w/ Field Autopsy *SPOILERS*

Hey guys, on one of my saves I was able to find the bullet after examining the hanged man's mouth and completed the secret mission "Find the bullet before you get fooled". However, I cannot seem to replicate this in my new game. I went to the Disco Elysium wiki and all it said was "This is a secret task that requires you to pass a ? check when performing the field autopsy. It allows you to find the fractured 4.46 mm bullet lodged in his head." What I need to know is what is the ? representative of? Does anyone know what check I must pass? Or is it random each game? I know I need at least a 4 in pain threshold I believe but I cannot seem to trigger finding the bullet anymore. I tried points on empathy, perception, interfacing and a few random others. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I was really happy to find this but I messed up later in my game and due to not keeping all my autosaves, I lost that progress and decided to start over. Thank you for any help :)

Hmm I haven't tried that one so I'll give it a go :) thank you for the suggestion!
*Okay I tried it and it didn't work, I have 4 points saved on my game and I put them on reaction speed, brought it up to 8 but still getting the message from Inland Empire about "something down there, ask me later". Thanks again for your suggestion though.
**Is it perhaps not just a skill check? Is there someone is MUST talk to first, evidence I must find in a certain order? Lol I'm so confused as to how I was able to do it before.
***OH MY I'm such a dolt! I completely forgot that you don't find it the first time but later towards the end of the autopsy there is a legendary Perception check "Search the body *one more time* thoroughly". So you need really good perception and to continue on with the autopsy even after the FIRST time checking the mouth because another opportunity will come again. Thanks again for the help cuz it got me on the right track :)

I think you need perception and interfacing to find the bullet. There is a white check for you thinking that you're missing something with percep, and then interfacing to successfully remove the bullet.
