Stuck in the Docks with Union Boss??? Need help

So I got to the point where I met the Union Boss by pretending to follow the guards ideology to let me in. After i get to him he just talks about my lost gun and i instantly lose.

I have no meds, im not allowed to leave, i cant seem to find anything else, i looked online and the only other thing i could find was a secret room with a keycard but i dont have high perception.

What do i do to get out of this, do i just have to restart????

You're losing morale. You need to heal morale. There are healing items all over the place, and the shop also sells them. Putting points into volition helps too.

Go to the guard house on the wall and sit down there. You'll find some painkillers. There's another healing item you can find underneath the crane, it looks sort of like a red button on the ground. That should be enough to keep you alive through the conversation.
