How to enter the apartment complex
I've got several leads to check out the apartment complex but I can't figure out a way in. The cleaning lady stonewalls me, the back door doesn't open, and I've thoroughly exhausted all the NPC options I can find.

Did you talk to the guy smoking on the balcony? Afterwards you find a key underneath a nearby rock.

Edit: I didn't realize you could talk to people on balconies. I didn't find the rock, but the cleaning lady did give me the key. Thanks!
