None of them particularly good
(5 points in an attribute isn't that much and you can get +4ish from clothes when you need for particular roll)
So it mostly changes the early game, before you get many items and skill points.
If you plan to do just 1 playthrough thinker might be best option in my opinion. As encyclopedia gives you lots of information about the wolrd.
Logic and analizing are nice too.
If you want lots of lore and interesting things to read about then Encyclopedia, Conceptualization, Visual Calculus, Inland Empire, Shivers, and Perception are good ones to have high scores in (5+). Followed by (4+) Drama, Volition, Empathy, Suggestion, and Composure. Maybe get Pain Threshold to 4 later in the game. Composure and Pain Threshold so you can progress further in dialogs.
I could also see doing 4422, but you want to get that Perception really high sooner than later so you don't miss on certain things, and get Composure up. If you went this route, then maybe make it your Signature skill (so you start the game with Perception 3.
I'm guessing 4422 would get you more dialog options early on, but you will need to find ways to get Perception and Composure up higher (like a Thought that raises their upgrade levels or Motorics).
Anyway, I went with 5223 and I don't think I missed much.
