I died within the first minute of control when I tried to grab my tie. Found it hilarious and knew from then on I have to pay attention to my skills/checks and that I was in for a hell of a ride.
To each their own.
In this instance the game is all about reading, math, and paying attention and not at all about reaction time or hand/eye coordination so it pretty much does relate to your intelligence if you failed to comprehend the basic rules of the game.
Don't feel too bad though, I didn't figure out to heal my one measly point of damage until the 4th or 5th time I died.
Game has it's faults, it's designed so that some of the pre-made builds start with bad health or morale without much warning and, if I recall, without the possibility to check on skills info to see if that could bother the player or not.
On the other hand, the game throws healing items at you, they're shown in numbers into the orange and blue crosses above health and morale bars, click on those to use them and try to stay at full health as much as you can, game give's you time to shrug off death and depression with a snort of spray or some pills.
