Where is Soona?

I thought soona was supposed to be in the church but I can only find tiago, who is up in the rafters I've explored all I can see of the church but soona isn't there. Where is she supposed to be?

Edit: wow I'm on a roll, second time I've made a thread only to have the answer thrown right in my face.
For anyone wondering (as this will probably show up in a Google search) you can find soona after talking to the "crab man" in the rafters, getting the radio computer password from him and using the radio computer with the password

Couldn´t remember how i got to talk to her in my first Playthrough..^^

Solution: Check machine, start it, tell the Lady you dont know the Passcode, then end interaction. Kim will suggest asking the Crab-Man about it then. Talk to CrabMan, get the PassPhrase from him, end Conversation. Back to the Machine, Call the Central, enter Passphrase, back out. Print the Project, read it, and Soona will appear.
