Pyrholidon glitch? Sort of?

I can't use pyrholidon. I've got it equipped in my hand, and clicking on it just does nothing. Alcohol, cigarettes and speed all work fine. When I first equipped the pyrholidon my brain piped up with "do the drugs now omg" and I didn't want to at that exact moment (kinda accidentally equipped the drug) so I chose not to do it. Have I now stopped myself from EVER taking the drug? Because if so that is a serious bummer. Does anyone know of a way to get that to come up again so I CAN use the drug? I honestly just didn't want to take the drug NOW, not EVER. Didn't know what I was agreeing to...and now I'm annoyed. So I guess if you wanna take drugs make sure you agree to use the first time you equip it otherwise you're screwed?

I have the same issue. A day has passed in the game, still not working. Any ideas how to fix it? Seems pretty essential, I have 1 base psyche ...

I managed to take one it by plugging in a controller then unplugging it. It only worked once, not sure how to fix/replicate it.
