Is this game light-hearted or heavy & grim?
I really like what I've seen of the game so far but I haven't played it yet. Does the game have a really serious, grim mood or is it more light-hearted and makes jokes/comedy? Cause I don't think I can handle a really serious psychological dark game right now. So would I like this game?

A bit of both. The overall setting and atmosphere is pretty grim and depressing. But at the same time the game never takes itself too seriously and adds plenty of jokes and dark humor into the mix.

It's often a lot of fun, but it also gets pretty dark and twisted when it wants to be.

The game is set in a fairly gritty reality, but the way you are able to (re)act to what's happening can be really funny. Overall I would say it's more on jokes/comedy side than anything else. Or, at least, the game has the kind of humor that fits me.
Both, but I would say it's more light-hearted than grim most of the time.

The way your character interacts with the world, the people and speaks with his own senses can be quite amusing.

Both - depends how you play.

Darkly comic with a wacky streak. It's about finding the beauty and humor in a world ravaged by war and crime and learning how to live again after heartbreak. I mean, it sounds trite when I say that out loud, but it's the truth.

My daughter's character particularly enjoys arguing with its necktie.

Definitely dark humour, and your character is starting out *very* messed up. But there are wonderful light-hearted moments (I am a GOD OF DANCE, PEOPLE!) so yeah, despite the grim background it won't be too depressing - it does all depend on choices you make all along in dialogue as well.

This. You can pretty much goof around most serious topics, and you don't have to engage those topics if you don't want to... it's just like in real life, people will not open up fully if you don't drop your clown persona once in a while.

It's a little bit Tarantino, a little more Coen Brothers' movies... like a mix of Pulp Fiction, Fargo, & The Big Lebowski. It's really up to you how you want to steer the story. Your subconscious will usually warn you when heavy topics are about to be discussed.

On the flip side, don't get careless doing mundane tasks. Failing your skill check for putting on your clothes, walking out the door, or sitting in a chair can incapacitate or kill you you in hilarious ways. Having only 1 hp means you're a stubbed toe away from death's door.
