After waking up on day 3 you are free to pursue Gary. And this is true for most of the political alignements, because the trigger to make the choice it´s on the morning of day 4, so depending on what you did prior, you may lock yourself out of fascism, ultra-liberalism, and moralism. Communism is the only one that can be achieved easily and not lock yourself out of it, for the most part.
