[BUG] Cant pass Pain Threshold red check with Ruby even with 97% success rate
Hi, looks like there is a bug with the Pain Threshold check against Ruby. No matter how high you boost the skill you always fail it. I have it at 97% and it never passes.

Is this a bug or are you supposed to fail it no matter what? If that's the case why the odds are showing otherwise?

Are you researching Precarious World thought? I can tell you this check is most definitely passable.
