*Spoilers* Using the blue alcohol

I wanted to make a molotov cocktail, had enough Inland Empire, the blue alcohol and the necktie but the blue bubble never came up. Why not make the blue alcohol an interactive object to craft it whenever you have the pre-reqs? Maybe a white check?

where were you looking for the bubble? I got it on the tunnels of the FELD building, on the way back from where Ruby ambushes you. You have to be wearing the necktie at that exact place, it seems.
