What does "kipts" mean?
Example in a sentance: "The damn kipts are showing a real good game lately, same with the mesquitos."

I believe mesquitos refers to mosquitos, but kipts? I don't even know what that means.

Mesquitos are a racial/ethnic group which is defined by Measurehead if you go through learning about his race theory.
